After a long time, SS Rajamouli, India’s top filmmaker, has teamed up with a cinematographer other than his frequent collaborator Senthil Kumar. A new team member has joined Rajamouli’s next film, which will star Mahesh Babu.
He will now collaborate with P. S. Vinod, a renowned cinematographer known for his work in films such as “Oopiri”, “Ala Vaikunthapurramloo”, “Aravinda Sametha”, “Sita Ramam”, “Vakeel Saab”, “Dhruva”, and “Guntur Kaaram”. Vinod has recently worked primarily with Trivikram, but the offer from Rajamouli represents a significant step forward.
Senthil Kumar, who worked with Rajamouli on mega blockbusters like “Magadheera,” “Baahubali 1 & 2,” and “RRR,” has other plans, including becoming a director. As a result, Rajamouli has decided not to collaborate with his trusted cinematographer this time.
The untitled film, currently referred to as #SSMB29, will begin production after the summer holidays.
Family is the core team

However, Rajamouli’s core team, which includes his father Vijayendra Prasad as writer, his brother MM Keeravani as music director, his wife as costume designer, and his son and sister-in-law as key production team, remains the same.
K. L. Narayana will produce the film, which marks his return to filmmaking after a 20-year absence.
