The first part of ‘Pushpa’ is in the final leg of its shooting. Currently, a song is being canned in Hyderabad. Then, the makers have to film another song, which is an item number.
Starring Allu Arjun and Rashmika as the lead pair, ‘Pushpa’ is one of the most-anticipated biggies this year. Directed by Sukumar, the film is scheduled to hit the theaters next month. However, the makers are yet to zero in on the item bomb. Our sources say a top actress has already given her nod, but the makers are yet to take a call.
In director Sukumar’s films, item songs play an important role. From his debut movie ‘Arya’, the item songs have become an integral part of the narrative. Pooja Hegde performed ‘Jigelu Rani’ song in his previous movie, Rangasthalam.
The item song will be filmed in the third week of November and with that, the entire shooting part comes to an end.
‘Pushpa’ will be released in five languages including Hindi and Telugu.
