The release date announcement of Rajamouli’s ‘RRR’ has made the Telugu producers rethink their release. The video of the making of ‘RRR’ was released yesterday, declaring the release date – October 13, 2021.
There are still doubts whether the film would make it to the theaters this October. But, the makers of ‘Pushpa’ have made plans for the 2022 release. The film may not hit this December either. The exact release date will be fixed after ‘RRR’ hits the screens in October.
On the other hand, director Sukumar has extended his shooting schedule. When the film resumed its shooting early this month, the makers wanted to wrap it in 45 days. But the rains have played spoilsport. The film will continue its shooting until October.
‘Pushpa’ will be released in two parts. Starring Allu Arjun and Rashmika Mandanna, the first part of ‘Pushpa’ will establish the main plot – the rise of Pushpa Raj, a transporter of red sanders becoming a don of Seshachalam forest.
