Ram Charan has joined the sets of Megastar Chiranjeevi’s upcoming movie, Acharya. Announcing the news of his joining the film, the makers have released a photograph of Ram Charan.
He plays the role of Siddha, a student leader. The pre-look avoids showing his face. His getup for the role has him sporting an earring, a rudraksha mala, short hair, and a light beard.
Ram Charan appears in a lengthy guest role. Although Ram Charan has shared screen space with his father Chiranjeevi in ‘Magadheera’ and ‘Bruce Lee’, this would be the first time that they are acting together in full-length roles.
The film is directed by Siva Koratala. Produced on Matinee Entertainments by Niranjan Reddy, Ram Charan will wrap his first schedule this month. The makers are determined to release the movie in May 2021.
Kajal Aggarwal has been paired opposite Chiranjeevi in the film. Mani Sharma is rendering musical tracks.
