Ram Charan has finally made up his mind. After interacting with several directors and hearing their scripts, he has given his agreement to Gowtam Tinnanuri. Sources say Ram Charan is impressed with the final script narration of Gowtam.
Gowtam recently wrapped up the remake of ‘Jersey’ with Shahid Kapoor and came down to Hyderabad to meet Ram Charan. This will be Ram Charan’s 15th film.
Ram Charan will next be seen as Siddha in Koratala Siva’s ‘Acharya’, which hits the screens on 13th May. In Rajamouli’s ‘RRR’, Ram Charan plays the role of Alluri Sita Ramaraju. As both these mighty projects are hitting the screens this year, he is now finalizing films for next year and thereafter.
Gowtam Tinnanuri made his debut as a director with Sumanth starrer ‘Malli Raava’. He won accolades with Nani starrer ‘Jersey’, which was also a decent commercial success. He is now remaking the same story with Shahid Kapoor in Bollywood.
As we have reported earlier, Ram Charan also gave a nod to the basic storyline of Vamshi Paidipally but the director could not come up with the final script. So, Charan is said to have chosen Tinnanuri over Paidipally.
We have to wait for an official confirmation though.
