Ram Charan and director Shankar have collaborated for the first time. It was recently launched with much fanfare. This is Shankar’s first straight Telugu project, but it is being made as a Pan-Indian film.
Now, Shankar is all set to commence the regular shoot. The first schedule will begin on October 22nd in Pune. A lengthy episode will be filmed in Pune for 20 days. Ram Charan and Kiara Advani will join the first schedule in Pune. This happens to be the second film together for them as they had earlier acted as Jodi in Boyapati’s ‘Vinaya Vidheya Rama’.
Touted to be a political drama, Ram Charan appears as a Civil services officer in the film.
Charan recently wrapped his work on ‘Acharya’ (he plays an extended guest role) and Rajamouli’s ‘RRR’. He will now solely focus on Shankar’s untitled film. Thaman is scoring the music.
Dil Raju is bankrolling this movie that is being referred to as #RC15 by fans.
