Rashmika Mandanna is one of the few Telugu actresses with pan-Indian appeal. In fact, she is the only South Indian female star who has mega blockbusters in Bollywood. No wonder there is a giant demand to rope her in either as a female lead or for special appearances in pan-Indian big-budget movies.
Rashmika Mandanna, however, has given her first preference to Vijay Deverakonda’s next movie. She signed VD14, directed by Rahul Sankrityan, putting aside other projects.
Still, there is talk that director Prashanth Neel is planning to rope her in for his “Dragon,” starring NTR. According to buzz, Rashmika Mandanna is being considered for a special role. She is not the main heroine. Rukmini Vasanth will likely play as the heroine opposite NTR.
Rashmika Mandanna and NTR have not paired up until now. She is now being considered for a minor role as a guest star. “Dragon” recently wrapped an action sequence near Gokarna, Karnataka, with NTR participating in the shoot. NTR will return to the sets after his return from his London trip.
