There have been rumors that the character of Rashmika will die in the first act of ‘Pushpa 2’. It was said that director Sukumar thought that the character’s death would pave way for the second heroine in the story.

The makers have denied the news and termed them as baseless reports.
We hear that the film will feature only one female lead – the character of Srivalli played by Rashmika in the first part. The romantic thread between Allu Arjun and Rashmika will continue though they will be seen as husband and wife in the second part.
Rashmika is currently busy with multiple projects in Bollywood, Telugu, and Tamil. She is eager to join the set of ‘Pushpa 2’. The film is expected to start rolling in the last week of August.
