Ravi Teja to use Chittoor slang in his next film?

Ravi Teja

Just before the second lockdown, Ravi Teja launched a new film in the direction of Sarath Mandava. The young filmmaker’s story idea impressed Ravi Teja so much that he gave dates on a priority basis, pushing his other commitments aside.

The latest buzz is that the film mainly takes place in Chittoor. In ‘Krack’, his biggest hit in recent times, he played a police officer in the Ongole region. In this upcoming movie, he plays a Chittoor-based government official.

What’s more, he will also mouth dialogues in Chittoor slang.

Often criticized for mouthing in the same Godavari accent in all films irrespective of the character’s background, Ravi Teja seems to be now trying to experiment in dialogue delivery.

Nani had spoken in Chittoor slang in ‘Krishnarjuna Yuddham’ and Allu Arjun does the same in upcoming ‘Pushpa’.

Ravi Teja will resume the work for ‘Khiladi’ from June 26.
