Sai Korrapati struggling as producer!
When he made ‘Eega’ on a vast scale, Sai Korrapati’s Vaarahi Chalana Chitram was catapulted to a league of its own. It was thought that the financier-turned-producer was a producer with a difference.
But now Korrapati is struggling to produce films. In a matter of weeks, he has made two flops: ‘Patel S.I.R.’ and ‘Yuddham Sharanam’. Before these, ‘Manamantha’ failed to make the mark. The less said about ‘Raja Cheyyyi Vesthe’, the better.
Although he has the support of Tollywood’s biggest director, Rajamouli, the same is not translating into choosing the right stories. The association, though, has helped him make profits by distributing the ‘Baahubali’ movies. But as a producer, he is not making successful movies. Even Rajamouli’s tweets meant to promote Korrapati’s movies are turning out to be a damp squib! Of late, they are bringing criticism at Rajamouli’s doorsteps.
