Nani starrer ‘Shyam Singha Roy’ was announced by producer Naga Vamsi with a lot of Hungama in February this year on the occasion of his birthday. Now, on the eve of the Dussera festival, the film was announced again. This time, it has Venkat Boyanapalli as the producer.
But both Nani and producer Naga Vamsi are keeping mum as to why they have parted ways for this project.
Set in Kolkota, ‘Shyam Singha Roy’ is to be directed by Rahul Sankrityan of ‘Taxiwaala’ fame. Sai Pallavi and Kriti Shetty are the female lead. Sai Pallavi and Nani coming together again after their previous blockbuster ‘MCA’.
Mickey J Meyer has been roped in as the music director while Sanju John Varughese will be the director of photography. The film is expected to start rolling in December 2020.
