Vijay Deverakonda made a promise to the Indian Idol 12 contestant Shanmukha Priya that he would give her a chance in his film. Keeping his promise, he made Shanmukha Priya come on board for ‘Liger’.
The Vishakapatnam girl crooned a song for ‘Liger’, that being directed by Puri Jagannadh.
“It’s a nice song. I look forward to listening to it. I think I’ll listen to it the next week after the final mix is done,” Vijay Deverakonda told Shanmukha Priya.
‘Liger’ is a sports drama. Ananya Pandey is the leading lady. Puri Jagannadh, Charmme Kaur, Karan Johar, and Apoorva Mehta are producing it under Puri connects and Dharma Productions.
‘Liger’ is being made in Hindi, Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, and Malayalam languages. The film’s next schedule commences from next week.
