Sharwanand-Srinu Vaitla film launched with pooja ceremony

The much-awaited collaboration between Sharwanand, director Srinu Vaitla, and producer Anil Sunkara of AK Entertainments was formally launched today with a grand pooja ceremony in Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad.

The film marks Srinu Vaitla’s return to the comedy-entertainer space that earned him blockbuster successes such as “Venky”, “Dhee”, “Ready”, “King”, and “Dookudu”. The director is now joining hands with Sharwanand for what is being described as a full-fledged commercial entertainer.

The inaugural ceremony was attended by members of the cast and crew, while pre-production work is already progressing at a brisk pace.

The makers are planning to take the film onto the sets soon and are targeting a theatrical release during the Sankranti festival season. Anil Sunkara’s production banner AK Entertainments has stepped in to produce it.
