Shruti Haasan buys new home, performs Gruha Pravesam

Shruti Haasan, daughter of legendary actor Kamal Haasan, has carved out a successful career on her own and established herself as one of the leading actresses in Indian cinema. Having earned success across multiple film industries, she has now invested in a home of her own in Chennai.

Although Kamal Haasan owns several properties in the city, Shruti has purchased her own residence, marking a new milestone in her personal life. She had been living primarily in Mumbai in recent years but now appears to be reconnecting with her roots in Chennai.

The actress recently performed the traditional Gruha Pravesam ceremony at her new home with a pooja. Reports suggest that she took part in the rituals by herself, while her family members were not present for the occasion.

On the work front, Shruti Haasan was recently seen in a special song in Peddi and is set to reprise her role in Salaar 2.
