Director Boyapati Srinu is known for telling stories in an exaggerated manner. His film’s action sequences defy logic, but they appeal to a wide audience. Hence, he has delivered massive blockbusters.
However, when it comes to acting in his films, the male lead actor must be physically fit. Any actor will face a huge challenge in performing the episodes he creates.
Ram Pothineni, who played the lead hero in Boyapati’s ‘Skanda,’ which opens in theaters on the 28th of this month, said he would be completely exhausted by the end of the shoot.
“There are numerous extensive action episodes, each of which is larger than the last. They will enthral audiences in the theaters. But doing them sapped my energy,” he admitted in a recent interview.
The lead actors in “Skanda” are Ram Pothineni and Sreeleela. Srinivasaa Chitturi produced the film.
