The “Salaar” teams, which includes Prabhas, Prithviraj Sukumaran, and Shruti Haasan, has officially launched song promotions. The film’s first single “Sooreede” was released today.

“Sooreede” was written by Krishna Kanth (KK) and composed by Ravi Basrur. Harini Vaituri crooned the song in a motherly tone. The song highlights Deva and Varadha’s friendship, as played by Prabhas and Prithviraj Sukumaran, respectively.
Deva’s mother, played by Eeswari Rao, appears to be singing this song in the film. It’s a standard sentimental song.
Prashanth Neel’s “Salaar” will be released in two parts. The first installment, titled “Salaar: Ceasefire,” will be released in theaters on December 22nd. The film is being produced by Hombale Films.
