Spirit shoot update: 40% completed, reveals Sandeep Reddy Vanga
Director Sandeep Reddy Vanga has shared a major update on the progress of “Spirit,” his much-awaited film starring Prabhas. Speaking at a recent event, Vanga revealed that around 40% of the film’s shoot has been completed.
“You all will like Spirit for sure,” the director said, expressing confidence in the project.
“Spirit” marks the first collaboration between Prabhas and Sandeep Reddy Vanga. The film is a milestone in Prabhas’ career as it is his 25th feature film. For Vanga, it is only his second Telugu directorial after Arjun Reddy. Following the blockbuster success of his debut, the filmmaker shifted his focus to Bollywood, directing Kabir Singh and Animal, before returning to Telugu cinema with “Spirit.”
Prabhas has been shooting for the film with complete dedication, and the production is progressing at a brisk pace.
The makers have already announced March 2027 as the film’s release window. With 40% of the shoot now completed, the project appears to be moving steadily, although it remains to be seen whether it will meet its planned release date.
