“Chatrapathi” marks Sreenivas Bellamkonda’s Bollywood debut. The film is being produced by Bollywood’s leading production house, Pen Studios. “Chatrapathi is a remake of Rajamouli’s blockbuster film of the same name. Vinayak is directing the film. The theatrical trailer was released today by the makers.
The story remains the same as in the Telugu version. Bhaghya Shree plays the mother’s role. This mother-son sentiment drama includes a Pakistani element.
“Chatrapathi” was created by VV Vinayak as an action spectacle. Nushrratt Bharuccha, who played Sreenivas’ love interest, looks stunning in the trailer.
Rajamouli’s father, KV Vijayendra Prasad, who wrote the original story, is also the writer for the remake. “Chatrapathi” is set to be released on May 12.
