According to Tamil media reports, Tamannaah has signed Rajinikanth’s new film, Jailer. Aishwarya Rai was to do this film but she reportedly turned down the offer due to other commitments.
Now, Tamannaah is going to join the cast. Tamannaah has never acted in a Rajinikanth film before.
‘Jailer’ is Rajinikanth’s 169th film. To be directed by Nelson Dilip Kumar of ‘The Beast’ fame, the film is bankrolled by Sun Pictures. A big set is being erected in Hyderabad.
