Actress Reshma Rathod, making her electoral debut, was trounced. She contested on BJP ticket from Wyra constituency in Khammam district. She got defeated.

Reshma Rathod debuted as actress in Maruthi’s ‘Ee Rojullo’ and later went on to do several films.
