Thaman to compose music for Chiranjeevi’s Mega158

Music director Thaman is back in demand with a string of high-profile projects. After going through a relatively quiet phase last year, he has now landed another major film starring megastar Chiranjeevi.

Director Bobby Kolli (KS Ravindra) is set to reunite with Chiranjeevi after the blockbuster success of “Waltair Veerayya.” Their new untitled film, tentatively referred to as #MEGA158, will begin production soon.

The makers officially announced Thaman as the music director today. Sharing the update, Bobby Kolli said he is reuniting with Thaman “for the explosive journey of #MEGA158.” He added that after delivering chartbusters and massive energy together, they are gearing up to create another musical storm for Chiranjeevi.

Thaman recently signed Trivikram’s “Adarsha Kutumbam” and is also composing music for Nandamuri Balakrishna’s upcoming films, marking a strong comeback phase in his career.
