In the wake of controversy over Pawan Kalyan’s vitriolic attack against the AP government on ticket rates and other issues related to the Telugu film industry, a team of top producers swung into action to pacify the government. Today they met Andhra Pradesh Minister Perni Nani.
Producers Dil Raju, DVV Danayya, Naveen Yerneni of Mythri Movie Makers, Vamsi Reddy of UV Creations, and Suniel Narang are part of this group. They had a closed-door meeting with the Cinematography minister at his office in Vijayawada.
The producers have informed the minister that they have no role in Pawan Kalyan’s speech. They don’t share the same opinion either.
Perni Nani promised to resolve the issues. But he didn’t contain his anger. Dil Raju was also present when Pawan Kalyan made comments against the government. So, he gave a detailed explanation about his situation.
The government shows a willingness to change ticket prices.
