Upendra, the Kannada superstar, is very popular in Telugu as well. He has acted in Telugu films like Kanyadanam, Raa, Toss, S/O Satyamurthy, and Ghani. He is now set to play a superstar in Ram Pothineni’s new film (#RAPO22).
Upendra plays a movie star named Surya Kumar. Today, the makers unveiled his first look from the film. Ram Pothineni is playing the lead actor, and Mahesh Babu P., who directed ‘Miss Shetty Mr. Polishetty,’ is helming it, with Naveen Yerneni and Y. Ravi Shankar bankrolling under the Mythri Movie Makers banner.
Bhagyashree Borse plays alongside Ram Pothineni. The film’s title glimpse will be unveiled on May 15th on the occasion of Ram’s birthday. “Andhra King Taluka” is the title said to have been finalized.
Upendra is also playing a key role in superstar Rajinikanth’s “Coolie.” And this is his first Telugu film after 2022’s Ghani.
