Venkatesh, Kalyan Ram team up for Anil Ravipudi’s next
Director Anil Ravipudi has officially announced his next project, putting an end to weeks of speculation. The new film will feature Venkatesh Daggubati in the lead once again, and this time he will be joined by Nandamuri Kalyan Ram.
Venkatesh and Anil Ravipudi share a successful track record. Their previous collaborations include the blockbuster franchise “F2” and “F3”, both multi-starrers that featured Venkatesh alongside Varun Tej. He also headlined “Sankranthiki Vasthunnam”, while making a guest appearance in Chiranjeevi’s “Mana Shankara Vara Prasad”, directed by Ravipudi.
Interestingly, this new project marks a reunion for Anil Ravipudi and Kalyan Ram. It was Kalyan Ram who introduced Ravipudi as a director with “Pataas”, which went on to become a major commercial success.
The film is expected to go on floors shortly and has been slated for a grand Sankranthi 2027 release.
Earlier, there were strong rumours that either Fahadh Faasil or Karthi would star alongside Venkatesh. However, with this official announcement video, Anil Ravipudi has now put all the speculation to rest.
