Vinayak's Durga with Sai Dharam Tej
Six months after the release of mega blockbuster ‘Khaidi No 150’, director V V Vinayak has locked his next movie. His next will be starring Sai Dharam Tej. The nephew of Megastar Chiranjeevi after delivering series of hits saw two back-to-back duds. He now desperately needs big directors to take him to the next level.
Although Vinayak got the proposal of directing Sai Dharam Tej in February itself, he backed off due to budget issues. He doesn’t want to compromise on his remuneration and the budget. So, the original producers (Tagore Madhu and friends) called it off. Now C Kalyan has revived this proposal.
Producer C Kalyan, who is back in the league with Balakrishna’s 102nd movie ‘Jaya Simha, has paid Vinayak huge remuneration and has agreed to invest big money on the production too. So, the film is all set to be launched next month.
Buzz is that Vinayak has already locked ‘Durga’ as the title for this movie which has script by his trusted writer Akula Siva (writer of ‘Lakshmi’). Sai Dharam Tej is currently shooting for BVS Ravi’s ‘Jawaan’ that is scheduled for September 1st release. So, Vinayak’s movie might commence its shoot from September.
