Kannada film “Kantara,” which was dubbed into five languages, was a pan-Indian hit. It was one among the biggest hits in all languages in 2022. The prequel will now begin filming, according to the producers.
“Kantara A Legend Chapter-1” is the title of the prequel that chronicles the beginning of the events that lead to “Kantara.” The makers have released a video preview of ‘Kantara Chapter 1’ today.
“During the reign of Kadambs, a legend was born,” the video announces and reveals Rishab Shetty’s dark avatar. B Ajaneesh Loknath’s music adds the mood.
The film, directed by Rishab Shetty, will tell another intriguing story in the same region – South Karnataka. Rishab Shetty plays the lead role. Hombale Films is producing it.
