Fans advise Sreeleela to learn from NTR’s struggles

Sreeleela has been in the spotlight for her career choices lately. She recently walked out of “Lenin,” the Telugu film starring Akhil Akkineni. This decision surprised many, especially since she had already completed a major portion of the shoot and even featured in a teaser alongside Akhil.

The actress chose to prioritize her Bollywood ventures over the Telugu project.

Sreeleela is making her Hindi debut with a romantic musical, tentatively considered to be Aashiqui 3, directed by Anurag Basu. She plays the leading lady opposite Kartik Aaryan, and even before the film’s release, she has created quite a buzz in Bollywood circles. With two more Hindi offers already in hand, she decided to exit Akhil’s film to focus on her new path.

Her item song “Kissik” in “Pushpa 2” created lot of fans for her in North Indian belt. Hence, Bollywood makers are considering her in for their projects.

Caution for Sreeleela

However, industry watchers and fans alike caution that Sreeleela must tread carefully. Bollywood has not always been kind to South stars.

The recent debacle of “War 2”—a setback even for a star of NTR’s stature—serves as a stark reminder. Earlier, both Ram Charan and Prabhas faced disappointments in their Hindi ventures despite massive expectations.

Given these examples, fans feel Sreeleela should not turn away completely from Telugu cinema, where she already enjoys a strong following and steady success. While her Bollywood journey looks promising, striking the right balance between Telugu and Hindi films might be the key to sustaining her stardom.
