Sujeeth explains the real meaning of ‘OG’
“OG” is an abbreviation for Original Gangster. In the digital era, people began employing the term “OG” to refer to persons who pioneered trends in various domains or developed novel concepts. Pawan Kalyan and filmmaker Sujeeth’s “OG” possesses a distinct significance.
Sujeeth said that ‘OG’ denotes “Ojas Gambheera,” the name of Pawan Kalyan’s character.
“Ojas” denotes mastery and skill, whilst “Gambheera” imparts depth and seriousness to the character. The complete title of the film is “They Call Him: OG”.
The shooting has recently recommenced. The shooting is currently proceeding without Pawan Kalyan. The actor-turned-politician portraying the titular role will commence filming at a later date.
Emraan Hashmi portrays the antagonist, while Priyanka Arul Mohan plays the female lead. The film, produced by DVV Danayya, is scheduled for release next year.
