Hari Hara Veera Mallu: Rs 30 Cr advance 24 hours before release

Pawan Kalyan’s last-minute media interactions and promotional blitz have worked wonders for “Hari Hara Veera Mallu.” Initially, the film struggled to generate buzz due to its prolonged production delays and multiple release postponements. However, with the star himself stepping in to lead the promotions, the tide has turned.

Despite some hiccups in Telangana, the film’s advance bookings in Andhra Pradesh have caught fire.

In Telangana, the delayed opening of premiere show bookings has impacted the advance bookings. The distribution house Mythri and multiplexes have yet to reach to an agreement about sharing of revenue for premiere shows to be held tonight 9PM. Hence, as of 10 AM, the bookings have not yet opened for premiere shows.

As of a day before release, “Hari Hara Veera Mallu” has already raked in over ₹32 crore in gross bookings. Industry insiders predict the figure could double by the end of the day. The film is poised to open to a staggering ₹80 crore worldwide gross on Day 1.

Directed by Jyothi Krishna and Krish, and produced by A. Dayakar Rao with presentation by A.M. Rathnam, the historical action drama features Pawan Kalyan as a rebellious outlaw tasked with stealing the legendary Kohinoor diamond from Aurangzeb’s palace.
