Niharika NM: Mithra Mandali will make everyone in theatres laugh

Actor and social media star Niharika NM is all set to charm Telugu audiences with her upcoming film Mithra Mandali, where she stars alongside Priyadarshi. The film is gearing up for release on October 16. Ahead of the release, Niharika interacted with the media and shared insights about her role and experience.

Niharika revealed that Mithra Mandali was the first film she signed, although her Tamil debut Perusu released earlier due to scheduling delays. “Since Mithra Mandali has a huge ensemble cast, it took a lot of time to adjust everyone’s dates. Finally, our film is ready to meet the audience on October 16,” she shared.

Talking about her character, she said, “I played a soft and subtle role. It’s very fresh and different from what I usually do as an influencer. Acting in films has been a joyful new experience.”

Niharika expressed her excitement about Mithra Mandali. “The story and narration are very refreshing. It’s a full-on fun entertainer that will make everyone in theatres laugh and relax,” she said

Speaking about her co-star Priyadarshi, she said, “He is a wonderful human being and a fantastic actor. During our shoot, his film Court became a huge hit, but despite success, he remains humble and grounded.”

On future plans, Niharika said she doesn’t want to restrict herself to comedy roles. “Doing the same kind of roles gets repetitive. If I only wanted to do comedy, I could continue making Reels on Instagram,” she joked.
