Dacoit: Adivi Sesh’s birthday poster sets the tone

Adivi Sesh celebrates his birthday today, and on the occasion, the makers of his upcoming pan-Indian project “Dacoit” unveiled a new poster. The poster presents Adivi Sesh in a fierce and gritty avatar.

Though “Dacoit” is described as a love story, it is essentially an intense action drama that marks the directorial debut of cinematographer Shaniel Deo. Known for backing content-driven thrillers, Sesh once again steps into a dark and emotionally charged narrative that blends love, loss, and revenge.

The film stars Mrunal Thakur as the female lead, while Anurag Kashyap appears in a pivotal role as a police officer.

The Telugu teaser will be launched tomorrow at a special event in Hyderabad, while the Hindi version is scheduled to be released in Mumbai.

Produced by Supriya Yarlagadda, co-produced by Suniel Narang, and presented by Annapurna Studios, “Dacoit” is slated for a worldwide theatrical release on March 19, 2026.
