Bad Boy Karthik locks release date finally

Bad Boy Karthik

Naga Shaurya has been out of the spotlight in recent years, with fewer film releases and delays affecting his projects. One such long-pending film, Bad Boy Karthik, is finally gearing up for its theatrical release.

Directed by debutant Raam Desina (Ramesh) and produced by Srinivasa Rao Chintalapudi, “Bad Boy Karthik” is set to hit screens worldwide on April 17.

The newly released poster packs a punch. Naga Shaurya is seen in an intense avatar, raising one fist while holding a weapon in the other, against a fiery backdrop. A grand multi-armed goddess idol, reminiscent of festive processions, looms behind him, surrounded by a massive crowd, adding to the dramatic appeal.

Vidhi plays the female lead, while Sridevi Vijaykumar appears as Naga Shaurya’s sister. Samuthirakani and Naresh VK will be seen in key roles. The music is composed by Harris Jayaraj.

In a significant development, Zee Studios has acquired both theatrical and non-theatrical rights of the film for a fancy price, boosting its buzz ahead of release. “Bad Boy Karthik” aims to cash in on holiday period.
