NTR and Trivikram Srinivas are set to reunite after eight years following their successful collaboration on “Aravinda Sametha” in 2018. Their new project will be officially announced on May 20, coinciding with NTR’s birthday.
The team is currently working on a special video glimpse for the announcement. Tentatively titled “God of War,” the film is said to be inspired by Lord Kartikeya. NTR will reportedly portray Lord Kartikeya, who is revered as the God of War in Hindu mythology.
Although the film is expected to go on floors only in early 2027, the makers are planning to unveil the project officially this month.
At present, NTR is occupied with Prashanth Neel’s “Dragon,” while Trivikram is busy wrapping up Venkatesh’s “Adarsha Kutumbam.” While Trivikram is likely to complete his current film soon, NTR is expected to remain engaged with Neel’s project until early 2027. Meanwhile, pre-production work on “God of War” is slated to begin later this year.
The film will be produced on a grand scale by Haarika Hassine Creations.
