Rajmouli’s mega movie ‘RRR’ is minting dollars at the USA box office. Ten days after the film’s release, the film reached the break-even stage. On Saturday (April 2), the film grossed $691,803, and its cumulative gross stands at $12 million.
Thus, the USA distributor has reached the point of gaining profits now. The film was bought for a record amount. Only after grossing $12 million, the distributor could reach the break-even stage.
‘RRR’ is expected to collect another two million dollars by the end of its total run. The film has already become the second highest-grossing Telugu film ever in the USA.
Starring NTR and Ram Charan, ‘RRR’ received fairly positive reviews, but the Indian critics were not awed by the film as they did with Rajamouli’s ‘Baahubali’.
