Will Radhe Shyam agree to a hybrid release offer?

Radhe Shyam

Salman Khan’s ‘Radhe’ is the first Indian big movie to have a hybrid release: direct-OTT release, pay-for-view method, and the theatrical release. The film premiered last month on Zee Plex (pay-for-view app) and ZEE5, an OTT Platform, and also got released overseas in movie theaters.

Now, the same group reportedly offered a big amount to Prabhas’s ‘Radhe Shyam’ if they agree to a hybrid release.

Prabhas’s ‘Radhe Shyam’ has been in the making for the last three and half years and is yet to complete the shooting part. The makers wanted to release it in the theaters on July 30, 2021. They can’t go for theatrical release in India owing to the pandemic situation.

Hence, the proposal came for a hybrid release. Will Prabhas and the makers of ‘Radhe Shyam’ agree to it? It is a big risk they have to take.

‘Radhe Shyam’ is being directed by Radha Krishna Kumar and produced by UV Creations.
