Sharwanand is riding high on success with his latest film “Nari Nari Naduma Murari,” which has emerged as a Sankranthi winner and is running to packed houses. Marking his strong comeback, the actor interacted with the media at a recent press conference and shared insights about the film, his transformation, and upcoming projects.

Tremendous response for Nari Nari Naduma Murari

Speaking about the overwhelming response to Nari Nari Naduma Murari, Sharwanand credited director Ram Abbaraju for the film’s success.

“The response has been tremendous. Initially, we didn’t get enough theatres, but now the count is steadily increasing. The film will enjoy a long run. I was confident from day one and always believed it would be a blockbuster whenever it released,” he said.

Physical transformation

When asked about his noticeably fitter and younger look in the film, Sharwanand opened up about his physical transformation.

“After an accident, I gained weight, and in films like Sreekaram and Aadavallu Meeku Joharlu, I didn’t like how I looked. I started with walking, then moved on to running, strength training, and yoga. All of this helped me get back in shape,” he revealed.

About next release: Biker

Biker

Talking about his upcoming film “Biker,” Sharwanand expressed immense confidence in the project.

“Biker will be a film that stays in people’s minds for a long time. It’s a movie we can proudly call a Telugu film. There are two distinct characters in it, one of which is a father’s role, somewhat similar to Suriya’s character in Suriya Son of Krishnan. I worked very hard for it. Though Biker was supposed to release earlier, technical reasons delayed it. The shooting is now complete,” he added.

Future plans

On future plans, Sharwanand confirmed that a Sankranthi 2027 release is on the cards. “That is the plan. Bhogi, directed by Sampath Nandi, is progressing well and will release this year. We are planning to release Sreenu Vaitla’s film for Sankranthi 2027,” he concluded.
