4.4 million tweets for Sarkaru Vaari Paata
‘Sarkaru Vaari Paata’ had its title announcement on 31st May at 9am on the eve of Superstar Krishna’s birthday. In the last 24 hours, the film’s title had registered 4.4 million posts on Twitter, creating a new record in South-Indian films. The earlier record for the highest number of tweets for a movie title announcement was Pawan Kalyan’s ‘Vakeel Saab’ which had seen 3.5 million posts. Mahesh Babu’s ‘Sarkaru Vaari Paata’ had garnered 4.4 million tweets, nearly a million more posts than the ‘Vakeel Saab’.
‘Sarkaru Vaari Paata’ is being directed by Parusaram of ‘Geetha Govdindam’ fame and produced by Mythri Movie Makers and 14 Reels Plus.
Thaman is composing the music for this film. The regular shoot will commence in July or August.
