Director Boyapati Sreenu and Nandamuri Balakrishna recently launched their fourth collaboration, “Akhanda 2 Thaandavam.” The regular shooting will commence shortly.
Boyapati is planning the film on a bigger scale. Boyapati is building a massive set in Hyderabad for filming. The producers are investing crores of rupees in this set, as they plan to film a significant portion of the movie here. Boyapati Sreenu believes that the sequel will set records at the box office.
Currently, Indian cinema is witnessing a new craze for franchise movies. Therefore, every filmmaker is heavily investing in the second or third installment of the franchise movies. Similarly, the creators of “Akhanda 2” are making every effort to ensure it is a spectacular production.
Raam Achanta and Gopichand Achanta are producing the movie on the 14 Reels Plus banner, while M. Tejaswini Nandamuri presents it.
Pragya Jaiswal, who played the leading lady in Akhanda, is also part of the sequel. Thaman is scoring the music.
