A litmus test for producer Dil Raju in July
Dil Raju is known as the one of most successful producers in the Telugu film industry. He has attained star status as a producer. His production company has expanded its operations to Bollywood and Kollywood.
However, Dil Raju has tasted a big flop with his maiden Hindi production. He remade the Telugu hit film, Jersey, in Hindi as his first Hindi production but the movie bombed like anything. Despite Shahid Kapoor playing the lead role, the film could not even collect Rs 20 crore nationwide.
Dil Raju will be releasing his second Hindi production, HIT – The First Case. The film is also based on a Telugu hit of the same name.
Starring Raj Kumar Rao and Sanya Malhotra in the roles, the thriller has locked 15th July 2022 as the release date. The film’s result will decide Dil Raju’s career as a Bollywood producer. It is going to be a litmus test for him.
