Allu Arjun is currently committed to a sci-fi project under Atlee’s direction, which was earlier referred to as his 23rd film, AA23. However, the scenario has now changed with the official announcement of a new project featuring Allu Arjun and Tamil filmmaker Lokesh Kanagaraj.
This film will now be counted as AA23, as Atlee’s high-budget sci-fi venture is expected to take longer to complete due to extensive visual effects work.
The Allu Arjun–Lokesh Kanagaraj project was officially announced today by Mythri Movie Makers through a striking video, which quickly grabbed attention on social media. Produced by Naveen Yerneni and Ravi Shankar, the film also has Bunny Vas as co-producer, along with Nutty, Sandy and Swathi. The announcement sparked widespread discussion about the scale and tone of this ambitious collaboration.
Adding to the excitement, Anirudh Ravichander will be composing music for an Allu Arjun film for the first time. After completing Rajinikanth’s Coolie, Lokesh Kanagaraj explored other projects before finally locking this high-profile collaboration. The film is expected to go on floors later this year.
