With Prabhas’s epic drama “Adipush” due for release on June 16, the Andhra Pradesh government issued a Government Order (GO) on Wednesday permitting ticket prices to be raised.
The government approved special ticket pricing for this big-budget mythological drama. For the first 10 days, Rs 50 would be added to the existing ticket costs in the state’s single screens and multiplexes.
In Telangana, the state government agreed to add Rs 50 to each ticket for three days. The advance bookings are massive in Hyderabad.
“Adipurush” is a Ramayana-inspired film starring Prabhas as Raghava aka Lord Ram and Kriti Sanon as Janaki aka Goddess Sita.
