Prabhas starrer’s much-awaited mythological fantasy drama ‘Adipurush’ was originally scheduled to hit the theaters in August 2022. But the film got postponed. On the occasion of Maha Shivaratri, the makers have announced a new release date.

‘Adipurush’ will be released on 12th January 2023 on the occasion of the Sankranthi festival.
Directed by Om Raut, the mythological movie is based on Ramayana. Prabhas plays Raghava, while Kriti Sanano is Janaki. Saif Ali Khan is Lankesh.
The entire shooting of ‘Adipurush’ has been wrapped up. The VFX-loaded movie will release in the 3D format in Telugu, Hindi, Tamil, Malayalam, and Kannada languages. T Series is bankrolling the project.
