Nikhil Siddhartha, another mid-range Telugu star, is currently experiencing a series of flops. With “Karthikeya 2”, the actor delivered a huge pan-Indian blockbuster and significantly increased his stardom. However, he was unable to sustain this level of success, as three of his recent films were unsuccessful.
Sukumar’s “18 Pages” followed “Karthikeya 2” immediately. But the film could not become a success. It, however, took decent openings. After that, he came with “Spy,” which was touted as a pan-Indian spy thriller, but the film was outright rejected by the audience. It was a disaster at the box office.
The latest film to hit theaters was “Appudo Ippudo Eppudo,” which almost got no openings and became a huge embarrassment for him. With three flops under his belt, he is now in a position to demonstrate his stardom once more.
He will next release “Swayambhu,” a pan-Indian fantasy film. He has high expectations for this film, which also features Samyuktha and Nabha Natesh. Will he deliver success in 2025?
