
“Akhanda 2” will be a visual spectacle. Director Boyapati Srinu is planning to crack the pan-Indian market, especially the Hindi land. He is making every effort to shoot sequences extensively in various Hindu holy places.
Boyapati had already filmed key sequences in the recently concluded Maha Kumbh Mela at Prayagraj in Uttar Pradesh. Now, he is planning to film some sequences in the Himalayas.
Starring Nandamuri Balakrishna in a dual role, the second part of “Akhanda” is titled “Akhanda 2: Thaandavam.” Aadhi Pinisetty has joined the cast recently. Samyuktha plays one heroine. Pragya Jaiswal reprises her role from the first part. The film boasts a talented team of technicians, including music composer S. Thaman and cinematographer C. Ramprasad.
“Akhanda 2” is scheduled to hit theaters on September 25, 2025.
