Handsome actor Akhil Akkineni married his girlfriend Zainab Ravdjee in an intimate wedding ceremony early this morning. The nuptials were held at the residence of his parents, Akkineni Nagarjuna and Amala, in Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad.
The traditional ceremony took place in the early hours, attended only by close family members and a few select friends. Among the few celebrities present were Ram Charan and his family.
Keeping the affair simple and personal, Akhil and Zainab chose a close-knit family setting for their wedding. A grander reception is planned for Sunday at Annapurna Studios.
The couple had been in a relationship for over three years and got engaged last year.
