Allu Arjun has been giving his time to directors to narrate their stories. Many of them have recently met him either personally or through video calls. He is just listening to their narration to get an assessment of what ideas they have for him. He has not made any final confirmation to any of these filmmakers who pitched scripts.
The ‘Icon Star’ has decided to complete the two parts of ‘Pushpa’ first before announcing a new set of projects. Directed by Sukumar, ‘Pushpa’ is in progress. The makers have recently decided to split the film for all practical reasons.
Allu Arjun was earlier agreed to take Rs 30 Crore for this project as his remuneration. But as the film has been divided into two parts. He will be taking home double the payment. He may not get a stake in profits. But from the two parts, he is likely to get anywhere in the range of Rs 60 crore.
The first part of ‘Pushpa’ is likely to be released later this year if theaters re-open by September.
Directed by Sukumar, ‘Pushpa’ is a Pan-Indian project that is carrying high expectations. Mythri Movie Makers is producing the film.
