Anupama Parameswaran: I am not interested in playing same roles

Anupama Parameswaran, an actress with a huge fan following, displayed a bold demeanor. The actress had previously portrayed a highly glamorous character in the film “Rowdy Boys,” wherein she engaged in lip-to-lip kiss scenes and prominently showcased her assets.

In “Tillu Square”, the sequel to “DJ Tillu”, she enhances the level of glam show even more. She did the character of Lily in this film, and during the release of the song “Oh My Lily”, the actress was questioned about her audacious roles and the rationale behind her decision to embrace such an ultra-glam persona. She expressed her thoughts clearly and responded promptly.

“At the age of 19, I acted in films such as ‘A Aa’ and ‘Premam’ My current age is 29. Hence, I am required to assume various roles,” she said.

“Moreover, when I play identical roles, both journalists and the general public raise questions regarding my regular roles. If I take up roles like Lily, you would once again inquire as to why I chose to undertake them. What should I do? Sit at home?” she responded.
