Ayesha Khan, known for her roles in Telugu films such as “Om Bheem Bush,” has opened up about the constant pressures actresses face in the film industry. She is currently in the spotlight for her popular song in the latest Bollywood blockbuster “Dhurandhar.”

Ayesha spoke candidly about how looking “perfect” has become an unspoken rule in the industry, especially for actresses aspiring to be seen as stars. While beauty has always played a role, she pointed out that the parameters have changed over time, with Bollywood setting rigid standards that many actresses are expected to follow.

The actress revealed that she was advised to undergo cosmetic procedures, including corrections to her nose and teeth, to be considered for certain roles. “There is immense pressure on actresses to look flawless,” she said, adding that suggestions for cosmetic surgery were made to her repeatedly.

She also shared that she was asked to lose weight and appear slimmer, but she chose to maintain her natural, healthy physique. Ayesha believes this decision has worked in her favor, helping her gain popularity for item numbers and special songs.
