Bhagyashri Borse to star a heroine-centric film?
Bhagyashri Borse is clearly charting a bold and confident path in Telugu cinema despite series of flops. While she is already shooting for Akhil Akkineni’s Lenin, the actress has reportedly now signed another notable project.
According to reports, Bhagyashri has been roped in for a female-driven film backed by Swapna Cinema, headed by Swapna Dutt and Priyanka Dutt. The project will be directed by debutant Ramesh. It is said to be a experimental film.
Heroine-centric films are usually attempted only after an actress attains star status, as such projects demand both strong performance skills and audience trust. However, Bhagyashri has taken the leap within just a year and a half of her debut as a lead actress.
She has already demonstrated her acting ability in films like Kaanta and Andhra King Taluka but she needs success.
Despite rumors about her dating life with actor Ram Pothineni, she is signing more films proving that she has focused on her career as well.
