Balakrishna opens up about Brahmani's political debut
Nandamuri Balakrishna, in a YouTube interview, opened up on the possibility of his daughter making entry into politics. There have been strong rumors that Telugu Desam Party president is thinking of his daughter-in-law Brahmani to groom her as a political leader. Brahmani, the elder daughter of Balakrishna, married to Chandrababu Naidu’s son Nara Lokesh, the former IT Minister of Andhra Pradesh.
Nara Lokesh has poor public speaking skills, whereas Brahmani speaks well. She is currently overseeing their family business affairs.
Talking about his daughter’s entry into politics, Balakrishna said that they never talk about political topics at the home. “It is her wish. Situations make one a leader, we can’t plan them,” he said. But Balakrishna didn’t rule out her entry into politics either.
